Three addons. The same answers, without leaving the game.
What the top of the ladder runs, in a panel you can open at the target dummy: talents you can import, the traits and stats behind them, the consumables to buy before you pull, and a shopping list for everything your professions need.

MurlokExport
Mythic+ and PvP · 11 languages · by Alexandrix, maintained by Tevoll
One in-game panel for what the top 50 rated players of every class, specialization and hero talent have equipped — in Mythic+, Solo Shuffle, 2v2, 3v3, Blitz and Rated Battlegrounds, each on its own tab.
Import a loadout in two clicks. The talent strings of the top 5 players, straight into a new talent loadout.
Compare before you import. Your active traits against the loadout you picked, node by node, so you can see what changes.
Traits with their counts. How many of the 50 took each talent, and both numbers on a choice node.
Stats and gear beside your own. Secondaries in order of importance, and the top 5 items per slot with their gems and enchants — shift-click to link one or search the Auction House.
All 40 specializations · Optional companion to MurlokExport
Know what to bring before you pull. The recommended flasks, potions, food, weapon buffs, augment runes, enchants and gems for every specialization, taken from the Wowhead class guides and checked against them every week.
Shows up where you already are. A Consumables tab inside MurlokExport’s Mythic+ list, on the spec you are looking at.
A shopping list at the Auction House. A side tab lists what your current spec should buy and how many you already have; click an item to search for it.
Dated, not guessed. Each spec carries the date its Wowhead guide last changed its recommendations.
Open to other addons. A small, stable Lua API, for anyone who wants the same lists in their own addon.
Professions · Needs Auctionator · CurseForge and Wago
Turn your professions into Auctionator shopping lists. CraftScan reads the recipes your character knows, collects every reagent and crafted item, and hands the lot to Auctionator — so every addon that reads its prices knows what you craft.
Scan and sync in one click. Type /gcs, or use the CraftScan button under an open profession. It opens the profession, scans it, and closes it again if it was closed before.
Scan what you mean to. Known recipes or everything the game exposes, this expansion or all of them, one combined list or materials and crafted items apart.
One list per profession, every character. Your alts add into the same list; a sync only adds missing searches and never removes your own.
You can see what was synced. The Characters tab lists every character and profession with its scope, status and last sync; an incomplete scan says what was missing instead of syncing half of it.
MurlokExport works on its own; with Gorloc Consumables installed it gains the Consumables tab and the Auction House panel. CraftScan stands apart from both, but needs Auctionator to put its shopping lists somewhere. Nothing breaks if you only want one of them.
Where the numbers come from
The ladder data in MurlokExport comes from Murlok.io and is refreshed daily, so keep the addon updated. The consumable recommendations come from the Wowhead class guides. This site’s talent pages are collected separately, from Blizzard’s own leaderboards and profiles. CraftScan reads nothing but your own character’s recipes.
Keeping them updated
Every one of them is published on CurseForge, so the CurseForge app will keep them current. Each release notes the game patch it was built for.
